“Born in the not so glamorous communist Romania in the '80s, I fell madly in love with the stage lights in all their glory from a very raw age thanks to 2 very talented actors - my grandparents. Theatre, music - you name it: if it's performed live and it's good, you'll find me there, camera-ready. 

A journalist since 2008, I created words and images for the likes of FHM, SUNETE (Romania's only print music magazine, with 15 years' worth of tradition behind it) and Metropotam.ro (the best-known Bucharest-based online daily cultural agenda). 

I traded Bucharest for Dublin in the winter of 2017. It's been the best of times ever since, as I gladly accepted to be a part of the imagery department of GoldenPlec Music & News. The Irish experience so far has been a whirlwind of emotions and growth as I kept busy with capturing amazing local artists. I also continued expanding my international portfolio, covering some of Europe's biggest festivals and the Dublin stops of most important World Tours artists undertook in 2018, 2019 and 2020.  I managed to distil a unique and recognisable style that's been appreciated across the board for the past two years: five of Europe's biggest music festivals and over 250 Irish concerts later, I am ready to share my skills with The X Collective while still continuing the work that got me here in the first place.

My experience and unique approach to capturing live music will integrate well in The X Collective. I'm proud and honoured to be a part of this incredibly talented team of creators pulling together to help each other be the best they can be. Collaboration is the key to evolution and improvement and I'm ready to play my part. You should be ready to keep an eye on these ladies and gentlemen too - trust me, it'll be worth your while!”
